Humidifcation

Humidity may seem like a small detail, but it’s one of the biggest factors in a classical or nylon-string guitar’s well-being. I regularly see guitars come into the shop with avoidable issues—cracked tops, open seams, warped necks, and tops that have bulged or sunk—simply because they were exposed to humidity levels far outside what an instrument can comfortably handle. These guitars are built from thin, responsive woods, and they react quickly when the air is too dry or too damp. A few simple, reliable tools can make all the difference in keeping conditions stable and giving your guitar the protection it deserves.
